Every Wednesday (except the week of May 8th when class will be held on Monday) beginning March 29th!
Low impact barre & mat classes designed to improve:

$12 per class, YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!Â
Bring water & sweat towel. Clean bare feet or sticky socks recommended. RSVP suggested. Â Maximum attendees are 20 persons per class. Please RSVP to reserve your spot. If you are a no-show after 10 minutes, you may lose your spot in class to a person on the waitlist.
