Every Wednesday beginning March 29th!
Low impact barre & mat classes designed to improve:
- Core Strength
- Flexibility
- Coordination
- Muscle tone
- Overall well-being
$12 per class. Payments can be made in advance on Cash app. Register @Cash.app/$CFCEFIT.
Bring water & sweat towel. Clean bare feet or sticky socks recommended. RSVP suggested. Â Maximum attendees are 20 persons per class. Please RSVP to reserve your spot. If you are a no-show after 10 minutes, you may lose your spot in class to a person on the waitlist.
