By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of The Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. (CFCE), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to each Raffle. Official Rules are available online at The Official Rules should be read before ticket purchase.

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and will operate the raffle. 

 Eligibility to Enter

Raffle tickets must be purchased by persons 18 years or older. Purchased raffle tickets are only valid for the drawing that takes place on 12/22/2023. The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle: CFCE employees and persons serving in a volunteer capacity for CFCE during the event. 

Ticket Purchase

CFCE will conduct one Raffle on December 22, 2023, between 12:01 pm – 12:15 pm at the Center for Family and Child Enrichment Center.  Raffle tickets will be sold online at from November 30, 2023, through December 22, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. For all online purchases, CFCE will utilize RallyUp, an online platform that processes entries, donations, collects data from forms, and sends text messages to end users via mobile, tablet, and PC devices.

Beyond the purchase of a raffle ticket, no purchase, service, or contribution is necessary to participate in the raffle.

A payment for a raffle ticket does not qualify as a charitable contribution and is not tax deductible. Contact your tax advisor or the IRS for appropriate tax information.

Ticket Prices

Tickets may be purchased with a credit card as follows:  1 ticket for $25; 2 tickets for $50; 3 tickets for $70; 4 tickets for $90. Each ticket is a receipt for the entrant. Each ticket will include the purchaser’s name for each individual entry purchased.  Entrants may purchase as many tickets as they wish, subject to availability. All sales are final and no refunds will be made under any circumstances. No discounts or complimentary tickets will be given except through Radio promotion.


The Raffle prize consists of a $1000.00 cash prize which will be mailed in the form of a check to the winner.  


Each entry will be entered into Rally Up’s digital barrel. The winning ticket is selected by a random computerized drawing from the digital raffle barrel.  One (1) winner will be chosen out of the pool of purchased tickets during which the raffle is conducted.  The source of the cash prize is the proceeds from sold raffle tickets. The drawing will take place at the Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. which is located at 1825 NW 167th Street, Suite 102, Miami Gardens, Florida 33056 at approximately 12:10 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023. The winner will be notified via phone call and/or email.  

Claiming Prize

The winner must claim their prize. A reasonable time period determined by CFCE will be provided to the potential winner to claim the prize. If the prize goes unclaimed within this time period, which shall be no longer than 5 business days, that person is determined to be ineligible and the prize is forfeited. Another raffle ticket will be drawn for a new winner. This process will repeat until the prize is claimed.  The email confirmation will serve as a receipt for claiming the prize and must be presented with a valid ID.
